If you will be court-mandated to a rehabilitation program, it is IMPERATIVE that our office get an approval from either the judge, public defender, District Attorney, or your personal attorney, and that we MUST hear from them so that they can make an informed decision as to whether this program criteria fits with what they are looking for. Additionally, We will need to have 3-5 days notice prior to your entry so we can make necessary preparations for your arrival and to ensure that we have a bed available for you.
Every potential participant undergoes a comprehensive intake interview to ensure the ARC program is the best possible match for them. If the interview process determines it’s not, we’ll make every effort to refer them to a program that will be.
Applicants* with a desire to get help may be referred by families, friends, courts, clergy and community leaders or may simply call the Intake Office at 510.451.4514 x-113 to make an appointment or get more information about local ARC programs.
